Here’s what you’ll get:

Pay rate: $50.00/Hour

Here’s what you’d do:

• Directly supervise and coordinate the activities of mechanics and installers to assemble High Voltage GIS equipment.
• Interpreting and analyzing technical drawings to understand the installation process and procedure.
• Keeping a safe and clean installation environment, following the client’s installation guidelines to ensure high-quality standards.
• Precise installation of High Voltage GIS equipment
• Mechanical Supervisor, who plays a pivotal role in the installation of High Voltage GIS equipment
• Management of union contractors’ resources, motivating, directing people as they work, and identifying the best people for the job
• Active following the lead of installation processes, procedures, timelines, and given schedules
• Judgment and Decision of installation processes, considering the relative costs and benefits of potential actions to choose the most appropriate one
• Emphasizing teamwork, following instructions, and completing tasks as assigned by a supervisor or team leader.

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in the mechanical field

• Bachelor’s Degree
• education or Training in reading technical drawings
• Supervision experience
• Emphasizing working in a team and following directions
• Mechanical knowledge of machines and tools
• English language, knowledge of technical vocabulary, and fluid speaking and writing of the English language
• Self-motivated to learn, acquire knowledge, and self-study
• Integrate into an existing team and adapt to processes
• Good attention to detail and analytical skills.
