Here’s what you’ll get:
Pay rate: $50.00/Hour
Here’s what you’d do:
- Directly supervise and coordinate the activities of mechanics and installers to assemble High Voltage GIS equipment.
- Interpreting and analyzing technical drawings to understand the installation process and procedure.
- Keeping a safe and clean installation environment, following the client’s installation guidelines to ensure high-quality standards.
- Precise installation of High Voltage GIS equipment
- Mechanical Supervisor, who plays a pivotal role in the installation of High Voltage GIS equipment
- Management of union contractors’ resources, motivating, directing people as they work, and identifying the best people for the job
- Active following the lead of installation processes, procedures, timelines, and given schedules
- Judgment and Decision of installation processes, considering the relative costs and benefits of potential actions to choose the most appropriate one
- Emphasizing teamwork, following instructions, and completing tasks as assigned by a supervisor or team leader.

- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in the mechanical field
- Bachelor’s Degree
- education or Training in reading technical drawings
- Supervision experience
- Emphasizing working in a team and following directions
- Mechanical knowledge of machines and tools
- English language, knowledge of technical vocabulary, and fluid speaking and writing of the English language
- Self-motivated to learn, acquire knowledge, and self-study
- Integrate into an existing team and adapt to processes
- Good attention to detail and analytical skills.
