Media Account Executive

What will you be doing?
The Circana Media team are looking for an experienced account executive to work across our extensive client base and support the commercial team with providing an exemplary level of service to our media clients. The successful candidate will join a team focused on helping media owners, agencies, and tech platforms grow their businesses through leveraging Circana’s suite of media solutions.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Client Service:
- Support and oversee the day-to-day client service operations across media clients working with sales, product, and measurement teams to drive adoption and advocacy of Circana’s media solutions in the UK.
- Interface with media clients daily, assisting in the design and set up of planning and measurement projects for clients, working collaboratively with other Circana teams where necessary.
- Ensure that all client deliveries are executed to the highest standards by working with Circana commercial and delivery teams as well as key client stakeholders.
2. Operational functions:
- Support internal commercial teams with qualified sales opportunities.
- Utilise Circana’s retailer data to advise on best practice media planning and measurement guidance to our clients as part of upcoming media campaigns.
- Manage paperwork and tracking for new projects in Circana’s CRM and revenue booking system to ensure the smooth administration of accounts. This includes maintaining booking records through to managing financial processes, supporting business critical revenue tracking and forecasting operations.
Desired Skills:
- A demonstrable interest in the media and advertising industry.
- Great communication and interpersonal skills – able to identify the correct approach and method to engage with clients and to understand and respond to their priorities and perspectives.
- Self-motivation, a hunger to learn and keeping ones cool in a fast-paced environment will be key to success.
- Proven track record of balancing multiple projects simultaneously and managing competing priorities.
- Articulate, persuasive with excellent communication skills, effectively expressing content verbally and in writing.
- A strong team player with the ability to promote and foster strong working relationships across a team and other departments.
- Decisive, able to cut through complexity to move things forward, able to manage uncertainty.
- Strong numerical ability, with an aptitude and curiosity to use data.
- Strong attention to detail and good organisational and administrative skills
- An appetite to learn and a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
Requirements:
- Proven client-facing experience delivering high quality service in role and navigating complex organizational environments, both internally and externally.
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude with aptitude to learn.
- Strong numerical ability, with an aptitude and curiosity to use data.
- Strong attention to detail and good organisational and administrative skills.
- Ability to effectively work with virtual and diverse teams and manage workflow.
- Use of Microsoft office key applications Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint or Google Workspace equivalents.

Location
- Agile working either home-based or at Circana’s state-of-the-art office in Bracknell.
- Occasional travel to meet clients in London
