We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Parttime Medical Device Installer to join our growing field operations team. You will be responsible for installing our client’s passive monitoring devices in patients’ homes, ensuring proper setup, and educating users on the system. This role is critical to delivering our promise of safe, seamless, and privacy-respecting care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Travel to patient homes to install and configure medical monitoring devices.
  • Ensure devices are functioning properly and securely placed.
  • Provide basic education to patients and caregivers on the system.
  • Troubleshoot installation issues and escalate technical concerns.
  • Maintain accurate records of installations and service visits.
  • Communicate effectively with clinical and support teams.

Requirements

  • Must own a reliable vehicle and have a valid driver’s license.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Comfortable working independently and in patients’ homes.
  • Basic technical aptitude (training provided).
  • Ability to lift and carry equipment (up to 25 lbs).
  • available 2 days or more a week 8 hours a day.
