Pay From: $19 Per Hour
MUST:

3+years of experience in a hospital or a large medical office facility

Strong patient registration

Experience monitoring patient transfers as well as patient discharges

Experience verifying insurance including 3^rd party governments payers

Provide support with optimizing bed control and coordinate

Reviewing paperwork with patients

Ability to obtain pre-authorizations

Assist with discharges
DUTIES:

Answer phones

Provide support with inquiries

Assist with the registration process

Monitor transfers and discharges

Monitor bed control and optimize bed usage for efficiency

Register patients

Collect patient’s insurance and financial information for reimbursements

Enter and update demographic, insurance and patient notes in EMR

Review paperwork with patients

Greet patients and respond to requests

Provide customer service support directly and by phone

Verify insurance

Provide administrative support
