Baptist Health is hiring a Medical Records Analyst to join the Health Information Management (HIM) Team on the downtown Jacksonville campus.

This position will be Monday – Friday 

Hours: 0800-1630

This position will be the representative for HIM at the Jacksonville campus. 

Responsibilities include:

• Greet customers who present in the department to request copies of their medical records with proper authorization
• Assist customers with necessary forms to obtain medical records with proper authorization
• Answer telephone inquires for medical records
