Pay Rate: $25.00 per hour on W2 without benefits

Duration:  4+ Months

Must Have:

• Share point.
• Electronic medical records

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Reconcile & organize paper record by pre-established criteria.
• Utilize scanner to create electronic pdf.
• Access SharePoint create and name folder.
• Name documents.
• Place in an appropriate folder.
• Purge older records according to Record Retention Policy.

Required Skills:

• Use of copier, scanner and computer.
• experience creating folders & documents.
• Use of SharePoint content management software and Excel spreadsheets.
• Creating electronic files and folders in SharePoint. Previous experience with Share point required.
• Knowledge on how to use a scanner to update records from paper to electronic.
• Strong attention to detail is crucial to this role.
• Naming and categorizing documents.
• Managing electronic records, including education files for employees.
• Merging folders and organizing records.
• Operating copy machines.
• Performing data entry tasks.
