Our external healthcare system is becoming increasingly complex, and we strive to go beyond our medicines to address the challenges faced by patients and caregivers daily.As a Medical Science Partner you will play a meaningful role in demonstrating your scientific expertise to integrate these solutions into the healthcare system for both present and future needs.You are engaging with stakeholders with a focus on scientific/medical exchange on the latest scientific advancements acting as a trusted partnerYou are collecting, analyzing, sharing and integrating insights into the integrated strategyYou are building the external scientific communication strategy as part of an integrated omnichannel approach and executing with impactYou are contributing to the regional access strategyYou are building and maintaining deep knowledge of product, disease and therapeutic (PDK) knowledge of Roche assets and the competitive landscapeYou are involved and leading evidence generation projectsYou are collaborating cross functionally collaboration with a focus on field engagement that leverages the broader networkYou may contribute to early pipeline strategic planning at both a local and global levelYou may be accountable for the outcomes and measures in relation to the medical communication strategies as part of an overall omnichannel approachYou ensure the highest ethical, scientific and quality standards, patients’ safety and safeguarding Roche’s reputationWho you areUniversity Degree in a Science Based Program (PhD, MSc, MD, PharmD, Biomedical, allied Health) and at least 3-5+ years of relevant experience in life sciences or health care system sectorYou have a good understanding of the healthcare system environment,You have a robust understanding of pharmaceutical drug development, medical affairs strategies and relevant processes (eg. GCP, PV, Industry Codes & Regulations)You have the ability to travel depending on the business need. May vary from 15 to 30%.
