• The ability to demonstrate clinical excellence in nursing practice.

• The ability to facilitate and manage change within the clinical environment.

• Commitment to the delivery of evidence-based care.

• Be able to demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with a flexible team orientated approach.

• Provide nursing leadership and expertise and contribute to the education, training and support of fellow health professionals.

• Provide clinical and operational support to the SCN.
