*About the Role* We are seeking a *Member Services Representative / Loan Assistant* to join a growing, member-focused financial institution. In this role, you will assist members with a variety of financial products and services, while providing administrative support to the loan processing team. *Key Responsibilities*
* Open, close, and maintain member accounts, including Individual Retirement Accounts.
* Assist members with financial products, services, and legal accounts.
* Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms.
* Process wire transfers, stop payments, travel notices, address changes, and check orders.
* Provide administrative and clerical support to the Loan Processing Department.
* Prepare and send loan packages, maintain filing systems, and update interest rate sheets.
* Communicate effectively with members and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
* Perform other related duties as assigned.
*Qualifications*
* High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred.
* Previous experience in customer service or financial services is a plus.
* Familiarity with DNA/Fiserv systems is preferred.
* Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
*Schedule & Compensation*
* Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (No weekends).
* Pay range: *$18/hour (entry-level)* to *$23/hour (experienced MSR with 5+ years)*.
