The Member Services Professional Intern is responsible for assisting the Member Services department with day-to-day operations of the Rec Well facilities. This is a limited term position under the direct supervision of the Assistant Director & Coordinators of Member Services. This individual will gain valuable recreation and leadership experience by having active involvement in enhancing the member experience, recruitment and retention initiatives, rental equipment and merchandise management, campus recreation software, scheduling, budgeting, and data analysis.
Key Job Responsibilities:
Engages in the Rec Well professional internship development curriculum, all staff meetings, divisional committees, and other professional development responsibilities and opportunities.

Work Schedule:
Standard Office Hours include Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm. Flexibility around shift coverage, training, and meeting dates.
Summer Internship Program Information:
Internships are limited-time employments lasting 400 total hours
Internship dates are approximate and will run June 2026 to August 2026
