Rugby Based37.5 hours Monday to Friday£27-£31kHybrid Working possible – 3 days in the office 2 days at homeOur very friendly membership client in Rugby is seeking a proactive, customer focussed individual to join their busy team.Main tasks:

• Providing guidance and support to their members
• Assist applicants on their on line portal
• Advise on membership benefits
• Liaising with members via email, phone, chat
• Managing the application process through CRM, portals and other systems
• Production of of data for analysis
• Production of reports

Person Spec:

• Educated to secondary level education including English and Mathematics
• Superb customer service skills
• Excellent IT skills (all Microsoft Applications)
• Previous CRM experience essential
• Quick to pick up new systems and processes
• A proactive learner
• Strong attention to detail with an excellent level of accuracy
• Excellent communication skills via email, video calls, telephony, web chat
• The ability to work at pace and to tight deadlines

Desirable:

• Business process experience
• Experience of SharePoint and Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Experience of working for a membership/volunteers
