Job Title: Staff Nurse (RMN)Location: Privte Mental Health Hospital with GOOD CQC ReportSalary: Up to £22.00 per hour (DOE)Hours: 36 hours per week Benefits: Good CQC ratingMinimum Experience Required: 12 months experience within a mental health settingJob Responsibilities:- Coordinating the planning and implementation of patient care- Developing and coordinating individual or group therapeutic activities- Managing aspects of medication management in line with the Trust and NMC guidelines- Participating in clinical review meetings- Promoting, fostering, and ensuring good working relationships- Adhering to all NMC, CQC and local authority standards and guidelines including the NMC code of professional conduct- Acting as an advocate for our patients and residentsService Description:The service provides patient-centred open rehabilitation for men with chronic mental health, functional illnesses, and dementia between its two units.
