We are seeking a Mental Health worker to join our team in our Montgomery County, PA location.

Position Details

The Residential Counselor works with and adheres to the safety and welfare of all consumers with mental and behavioral health diagnoses in their residential programs while carrying out direct care responsibilities and participates in and follows the treatment planning process.

Earn $16.81 an hr

Schedule:

• Full-time, 40 hours per week
• Day shift: 3:00 pm – 11pm
• Every other weekend required
• Weekday days off are typically scheduled before and after your working weekend to maintain work-life balance.

Example Rotation:

• Week 1: Work Monday-Friday, off Saturday-Sunday
• Week 2: Work Sunday-Tuesday, Thursday-Friday, off Wednesday and Saturday
