MEP Quantity Surveyor (Consultancy)£55,000 – £65,000 + Hybrid + Progression + Training + Company Benefits + Company BonusSouthwarkAre you a MEP Quantity Surveyor with consultancy experience looking to head up various technically exciting multi-million-pound projects for a leading, forward-thinking consultancy in a role offering hybrid working, a clear progression structure to Associate and generous bonus schemes to increase your earnings?This leading consultancy provide comprehensive construction cost advisory services for a variety of projects, offering expertise in managing budgets, procurement, and risk assessment. They have continually grown since their establishment in and are now looking for a MEP Quantity Surveyor to join their friendly team.In this role, you will play a pivotal role in managing land surveys and providing accurate data crucial for planning and development. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure compliance with zoning regulations and land-use requirements, mitigating risks and optimizing project timelines and budgets.This role would suit a MEP Quantity Surveyor with consultancy experience looking to join a leading consultancy with a variety of technically exciting projects and progression opportunities.The Role:

• Specialise in value engineering for commercial projects as an independent construction cost advisor.
• Liaise with clients and stakeholders to ensure adherence to zoning regulations and efficient utilization of project resources.
• Assist with accurate budgeting and cost estimation throughout the project lifecycles.
• Hybrid working
• Monday – Friday 09:00 – 17:30

• Exposure to working within a consultancy
• Able to travel to sites across London
• Commutable to Barbican
