Schedule : Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday & Sunday 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Pay: $27.38 per hour

Job Summary

The Merchandiser is responsible for servicing retail accounts by ensuring products are properly stocked, rotated, displayed, and maintained in accordance with company standards. This role supports sales growth by building strong customer relationships, identifying merchandising opportunities, and maintaining a premium brand presence across assigned retail locations. The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, self-motivated, and able to work independently while managing multiple store locations and priorities.

Job Responsibilities

  • Maintain proper stock levels and ensure products are rotated according to company standards.
  • Monitor inventory conditions and minimize out-of-code, damaged, or expired product.
  • Ensure all merchandising equipment is clean, functional, and presented according to company standards.
  • Execute merchandising programs, displays, and promotional activities within assigned accounts.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with retail managers and store personnel.
  • Identify and communicate out-of-stock items, damaged products, and merchandising opportunities to the sales team.
  • Support sales initiatives by assisting with product placement, display execution, and customer engagement activities.
  • Monitor competitor activities, pricing changes, and new product launches and communicate findings to management.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation required by company policies and applicable regulations.
  • Collaborate with sales and merchandising teams to execute new programs and best practices.
  • Represent the company professionally while servicing retail accounts and traveling between locations.
  • Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
  • Manage assigned route schedules and complete all store visits as required.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Reliable personal vehicle available for business use with required insurance coverage.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
  • Basic mathematical and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency using smartphones and mobile technology.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
  • Ability to assess inventory levels and merchandising opportunities.
  • fluency in English required.
  • Prior merchandising experience preferred.
  • Additional language skills are a plus.

Work Experience

  • Previous merchandising, retail, sales support, customer service, or route-based experience preferred.
  • Experience working directly with retail accounts and inventory management is preferred.
