Salary: 18.50
A local distribution company is looking for Merchandisers. This is a full-time long term position. !st shift and $18.50/hr to start. Must be willing to drive to 3-4 store locations within Southern IL each day using your personal vehicle. Mileage will be reimbursed.
Duties include:
- Maintain & replenish product on store shelves, racks, & displays
- manage backroom by organizing product & materials
- maintain a professional relationship with co-workers and customers
- Must be able to lift and pull up to 50lbs, and bend
- Evaluate and process damaged product and repack
- Completing any required paperwork and documentation
Requirements:
- Must have a valid driver’s license and vehicle
- Must have a personal vehicle for use during working hours
- Prior experience using equipment such as pallet jacks and high loader lifts preferred
- Basic computer experience for documentation
- Must have recent job related lifting experience of 50lbs or more
- Must pass a drug screen and background check
