About Us:

We are a busy and growing convenience store and gas station operation focused on delivering excellent service and maintaining efficient, well-organized stores. We’re currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Inventory/Pricebook Manager to join our team and take ownership of inventory management, pricing, and in-store advertising.
position Summary:

The Inventory/Pricebook Manager is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, managing store pricing, and overseeing all advertising efforts, including signage and all price updates. This role requires strong attention to detail, solid organizational skills, and prior experience in the convenience store/retail station industry.
Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage store inventory, including receiving, tracking, and reconciling stock levels
• Maintain and update the pricebook system with accurate item pricing and descriptions
• Make pricing adjustments as needed based on market trends, promotions, or margin goals
• Update and manage price tags and signage throughout the store
• Oversee store advertising, including promotional signage and fuel pricing displays
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure accurate product information and pricing
• Work closely with store managers and staff to ensure smooth operations and pricing accuracy
• Perform regular audits to ensure inventory and pricing accuracy across all systems

Requirements:

• Must have experience working in a convenience store and/or gas station environment
• Proven experience with inventory management and price book systems
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Proficient with computer systems and point-of-sale software
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently
