Location: Chelmsford
Salary: £100 – £230 per day

Contract Type: Full-timeGSL Education are seeking an enthusiastic MFL Teacher to join our client schools in Chelmsford. As an MFL Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality lessons in modern foreign languages such as Spanish, French, and German etc. across both primary and secondary levels. You will be expected to plan lessons in line with the national curriculum, ensuring students are engaged and make progress in their language skills. You will also provide support to students progress, working with them in small groups or one-on-one in a classroom setting.Responsibilities for MFL Teacher:

• Teach modern foreign languages, including Spanish, French, and German etc. at Key Stages according to the school.
• Provide high quality language instructions and lessons to pupils.
• Plan and deliver engaging lessons that follow the school’s curriculum.
• Support students in both group and one-to-one settings.
• Monitor and assess student progress, offering constructive feedback.
• Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters language learning.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the language program and student success.

Job Requirements for an MFL Teacher:

• Prior experience teaching Spanish, French, German, or other modern foreign languages in a school setting as an MFL Teacher.
• QTS or PGCE, NQT, ECT qualification is required.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Any modern foreign language such as French, German, Spanish, or an education-related field.
• Strong understanding of the national curriculum for modern foreign languages.
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
