Salary: £200 – £230 per dayAbout the Role:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a passionate and dedicated MFL (Modern Foreign Languages) Teacher to join a vibrant and welcoming school in Haringey, North London. This is a long-term role, starting ASAP, where you will be teaching French, Spanish, or both to students across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to teaching and inspiring students in their language learning journey.Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging MFL lessons in French, Spanish, or both, ensuring they are tailored to the needs of the students.
- Assess, monitor, and track students’ progress, providing regular feedback and support.
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and enthusiasm for languages.
- Contribute to the wider school community and extra-curricular activities as required.
- Collaborate with colleagues to maintain high teaching standards and contribute to the department’s development.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience teaching MFL (French, Spanish, or both) to Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 students.
- A passion for languages and a genuine interest in helping students succeed.
- Strong classroom management skills and a commitment to creating an engaging and positive learning environment.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
