Proven experience in tailoring and garment-making, with expertise in both basic and advanced techniques.
Experience in teaching or mentoring, especially in a community setting.
Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with different stakeholders.
Creativity and passion for fashion design and community development.
Prior experience in leading fashion shows or similar events is an asset.
Skills
Strong computer skills – Word, Excel and Internet.
Strong organizational and project management skills, with experience in event coordination.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Languages
For this position, fluency in English is required (oral and written).
Desirable
Knowledge of Dari and Pashto (oral and written) is an added advantage.
