Microsoft Rising Talent- Data Center Apprenticeship

Microsoft is seeking motivated and enthusiastic entry-level IT professionals to join our Data Center Apprenticeship program. This program is designed to provide hands-on experience and training in the data center environment, preparing you for a successful career in the IT and data center industry.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of data center hardware and software.
• Monitor and manage data center operations to ensure optimal performance and uptime.
• Support the implementation of security protocols and procedures to safeguard data center assets.
• Collaborate with senior data center technicians and engineers to learn best practices and industry standards.
• Participate in regular training sessions and workshops to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
• Document and report on data center activities, issues, and resolutions.

Microsoft is targeting recent graduates or those looking to launch a career in IT within a data center environment.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $48.00 – $55.00/hr.
