Create-A-Pack Foods is currently seeking a Warehouse Coordinator.

Create-A-Pack Foods is a food co-packer and manufacturer located in beautiful Lake Country Wisconsin with locations in both Ixonia as well as Oconomowoc. Over the past 25+ years, Create-A-Pack has grown from an entrepreneurial vision to a multi-million dollar operation that employs over 250 local employees. position Duties & Responsibilities:
Perform clerical duties related to the shipping, receiving and storage of raw materials, components, tooling, and equipment by performing the following duties:

Complete shipping and receiving entries into applicable ERP platform to ensure inventory and location accuracy
Quote, arrange and track incoming and outgoing shipments
Responsible for monitoring and ensuring maintenance of forklifts, hand trucks, and other warehouse equipment
Maintaining inbound/outbound dock schedule
Initiate appropriate telephone contact/email correspondence internally, with customers, and vendors as needed
Work with Customer Service to ensure on-time shipping of finished goods adhering to customer requirements
Audit inventory and issuing of packaging jobs and investigate/report discrepancies appropriate personnel
Plan and communicate finished goods/material transfers between CAP locations as needed
Assist with Shipping and Receiving duties as needed which includes safe operation of powered lift equipment

Knowledge/experience/Skills:

Ability to communicate effectively verbally and written
Prioritizes excellent customer service with both internal and external stakeholders
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measures, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exist
Lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally
Candidate must be self-motivated, and have the ability to work with minimal supervision
Prior administrative experience in a warehouse setting is preferred
