Shift: 1st Shift, 5:30 AM–3:30 PM, Monday–Friday
Pay Rate: $19.00–$27.00/hour (Based on experience)

Your Role:
As a MIG Welder, you’ll be responsible for:
- MIG welding steel materials up to 1” thick using .035 and .045 processes.
- Grinding materials to high finish standards.
- Reading blueprints and measurements to plan layouts and procedures.
- Setting up and aligning components to specifications.
- Ensuring finished products meet Canadian welding requirements and company standards.
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and positive work environment.
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
- education: High School Diploma (welding degree or certification preferred).
- Experience: 3–5 years of experience as a welder fitter in a fast-paced, heavy manufacturing setting, with open table experience.
- Skills:
- Proficient in MIG welding processes.
- Strong blueprint reading and measurement skills.
- Ability to use tools like calipers, rulers, and clamps.
- Basic math skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office and iPad usage.
- Physical Requirements:
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting (up to 75 lbs).
- Excellent vision abilities, including depth perception and color differentiation.
