<div class="isg-job-description“>Description: NSI requires a Mission Systems Level 3 Integrated Product Team Lead (IPTL) Specialist to support the NAWCAD Program Management Department and the PMA-299, H-60 Program office. Duties include providing program management and leadership guidance; building and maintaining a robust team to achieve fleet mission requirements; and meeting cost, schedule, and performance goals. Other duties include: development and coordination of program documentation, requirements documentation, program plans, and budgets/costs; participating in risk management working groups; using experience/knowledge of budget sheets (P-40/P3a) while facilitating NAVAIR obligation and expenditure policies/processes; managing and tracking spend plans and data calls associated with the Program, Planning and Budgeting System (PPBS); and overseeing procurements using the Program Management Tool (PMT) including generation and tracking of PMT actions/milestones. 
Location: Lexington Park, MD
education: BS or BA degree preferred.
Allowable Substitution: AA/AS degree with an additional two (2) years of experience OR a high school diploma/GED and an additional four (4) years of experience.
Experience: At least three (3) to ten (10) years of experience within a DoD program/project management related position. Must have Program Management experience. Experience with AMS applications such as PMT and CSPT along with Procurement related Tableau Visualizations is required. Familiarization with NAVAIR Program Management processes and doctrines (DoD 5000.2, SECNAV 5000.2C, and NAVAIR Acquisition Guide), as well as NAVAIR contract documentation structure and management, is highly desired.
Security Clearance: Secret Clearance is required. Must be a U.S. citizen.
