DESCRIPTION
Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Service Lines for Mobile Health, and in partnership with UC San Diego Health Department of Health Equity, the Program Manager for Mobile Health Services will lead the day-to-day operations of UCSD’s mobile general health unit and mobile mammogram unit. This role is pivotal in bringing exceptional healthcare directly to patient communities. This position requires a dynamic leader who can effectively manage clinical and administrative operations while driving innovation in mobile health delivery.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Seven years of related experience or a Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Nursing, or related field plus three (3) years of related experience.
Experience with clinical and administrative process improvement.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Proficiency with healthcare data systems and performance metrics.
Access to reliable transportation and the ability to travel to various community locations.
Availability to attend events during evenings and/or weekends.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Current California LVN or Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) in good standing as preferred.
Minimum 5 years of healthcare operations or program management experience.
Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or related field.
Experience with mobile health services or community-based healthcare delivery.
Knowledge of federally qualified health centers (FQHC) or similar community health models.
Bilingual capabilities (English/Spanish preferred).
SPECIAL CONDITIONS
Pay Transparency Act
Annual Full Pay Range: $71,600 – $127,400 (will be prorated if the appointment percentage is less than 100%)
Hourly Equivalent: $34.29 – $61.02
Factors in determining the appropriate compensation for a role include experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The Hiring Pay Scale referenced in the job posting is the budgeted salary or hourly range that the University reasonably expects to pay for this position. The Annual Full Pay Range may be broader than what the University anticipates to pay for this position, based on internal equity, budget, and collective bargaining agreements (when applicable).
