The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Licensed and credentialed in the Pennsylvania Department of State, Division of Professional Regulation, and Division of Substance Abuse and Mental Health as an RN is required.
• An associate’s degree or higher is required.
• Licensed to dispense narcotic medications.
• A minimum of one (1) year substance use experience and/or wound care experience is required.
• Knowledge of medication assistance treatment options is preferred.
• Comprehensive knowledge of ASAM medical necessity criteria, DSM 5/ICD 10 Diagnosis, SAMHSA best practices, and DEA/OTP regulations is preferred.

We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Mobile Methadone Program in Philadelphia, PA. (The RN will work out of multiple sites – 265 Lehigh Ave, N 4th Street, and the mobile methadone RV).

The hours of this position will be Monday – Friday 8a – 4p, or 7a – 3p with potential for evenings or weekends.

Earn $45.10/hr.!

Position Details:

The RN will administer medication and therapeutic treatments as per physician’s orders. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following.

• Complete medical assessments and clinical documentation

• Communicate regularly with programs physicians with regard to patient care

• Conductadmission assessmentsand ongoingpatient monitoring.

• Managemedicationsand providewound careas needed.

• Work withproviders, behavioral health teams, and city agenciesto coordinate care.

• Leadpatient educationon substance use treatment, harm reduction, and other health topics.
• Maintain asafe, supportive environmentfor staff and patients.
• Report to the Medical Director
