Mobility Consultancy – Sales Support Associate with Swedish and English languages

Great news! Conduent is developing a brand-new Customer Engagement Centre to support a world-famous automotive brand specializing in EV Mobility. 

We are looking for Swedish speaking people passionate about providing support for product and service queries as well as customer engagement.

What you’ll be doing 

• Engage with customers and prospects to promote products and identify purchase opportunities,
• You will become an advocate for the organisation, providing best in class customer experience, enhancing the brand in every interaction,
• Contact customers via phone, email, webforms to have enquire about products or services,
• Support sales agents and dealers throughout the whole sales funnel process,
• Inform clients and prospects about loyalty programs and new sales campaigns.

What you need to have

• Willingness to interact with clients, provide them with excellent customer experience resulting in a long-term business relationship,
• C2/C1 level of the Swedish language and B2 English is a requirement – the assessment of the Swedish language is conducted by an external vendor,
• For the training you will need to be available up to 2 weeks; from Monday to Friday between 9.00 AM and 5.15 PM,
• After training period working hours are flexible: based on shifts between 09.00 and 21.00, from Monday to Sunday,
• Customer orientation and at least 1 year work experience in sales.
