What you’ll be doing 

• Engage with customers and prospects to promote products and identify purchase opportunities,
• You will become an advocate for the organization, providing best in class customer experience, enhancing the brand in every interaction,
• Contact customers via phone, email, webforms to have enquire about products or services,
• Support sales agents and dealers throughout the whole sales funnel process,
• Inform clients and prospects about loyalty programs and new sales campaigns.

What you need to have

• Willingness to interact with clients, provide them with excellent customer experience resulting in a long-term business relationship,
• C2/C1 level of the Dutch language and B2 English is a requirement – the assessment of the Dutch language is conducted by an external vendor,
• For the training you will need to be available up to 4 weeks; from Monday to Friday between 9.00 AM and 5.15 PM,
• After training period working hours are flexible: based on shifts between 09.00 AM and 09.00 PM, from Monday to Sunday,
• Customer orientation and at least 1 year of work experience in sales.
