Job Title: Money Desk Specialist

Summary:

As
a Money Desk Specialist, you will work with domestic and international incoming
and outgoing wire transfers and perform crucial job duties that ensure vendors
are paid for services and products rendered. You will also investigate and
resolve all wire transfer issues, communicate with customers and prepare corporate
account related balance reports.

What You’ll Do:

A Day in the Life – Every day your focus will be supporting our internal and external customers in
processing wire transfer activity, facilitating payment instructions via Payments
Exchange with special attention to compliance regulations, and accurately
processing daily US and foreign exchange wire transfers. In addition, you will prepare company
account balance and other corresponding information to senior management.

What it Takes:
Knowledge
of and experience with: processing data accurately and
efficiently and a basic understanding of accounting; strong 10-Key skills;
proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, especially Outlook and Excel; ability
to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion; adaptability
to changing business needs; ability to work individually and in teams; using available
resources and partnerships to solve problems
Soft
Skills: Organizational skills and attention to detail; communicating
effectively (both written and verbally across a diverse spectrum); time
management; ability to meet deadlines

Bonus Points:
