All while understanding that **together** we are even better. **Schedule:** Full Time **Shift** : Nights **The community you’ll be caring for: AdventHealth Deland** _701 W PLYMOUTH AVE, Deland, 32720_ **The role you’ll contribute:** Responsible for the continual observation, documentation and communication of all cardiac rhythm strip monitoring in designated units, as ordered by the patient’s physician. **The value you’ll bring to the team:** + Obtains, interprets, and documents cardiac monitoring data per standard, documenting per standard in the telemetry monitoring system. + Documents changes in heart rhythms per policy. + Communicates changes in patient’s rhythm pattern and follows escalation process as applicable. + Assesses and maintains telemetry equipment to ensure proper functioning. + Enters all telemetry charges if applicable. **The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed** **:** + **Minimum qualifications** : + High school graduate or equivalent. + **Preferred qualifications:** + One (1) year monitor tech experience preferred. + Medical terminology.
