* Learn and apply real sales tactics through hands-on coaching
* Take and make calls from warm leads from multiple referral and lead sources
* Learn how to use our CRM and loan origination systems
* Provide top-tier customer service to clients and referral partners
* Participate in sales meetings, contests, and performance incentives
* Work in a fast-paced, competitive team environment that rewards effort and results
