We’re looking for enthusiastic individuals who share our love for all things Motorrad to join our dynamic team as a Trainee Sales Executive.Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 8:30 am – 6:00 pm.
• Saturday: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm.
• Sunday: 11:00 am – 4:00 pm (Alternate weekends).

Salary Package:

• Basic Salary: £20,000.
• On Target Earnings (OTE): £45,000.

Responsibilities:As a Trainee Sales Executive, you’ll be the face of our brand, helping customers find their dream bikes while delivering an unbeatable experience. Here’s what you’ll be doing:

• Customer Engagement: Welcome customers with enthusiasm, understand their needs, and match them to the perfect bike from our prestigious range.
• Product Expertise: Share your in-depth knowledge of our bikes, highlighting their features, benefits, and finance options to help customers make confident choices.
• Test Rides & Demos: Arrange and conduct test rides, showcasing the performance and unique features of our bikes.
• Relationship Building: Foster strong, long-lasting connections with customers through exceptional service and follow-up.
• Sales Success: Achieve and exceed sales targets by mastering effective negotiation and closing techniques while keeping customer satisfaction top priority.
• Admin Excellence: Handle paperwork, process orders, and maintain accurate customer records to keep everything running smoothly.

Your profileTo thrive in this role, you’ll need:

• A Passion for Motorbikes: Your love for all things Motorrad will shine through in everything you do.
• A Full UK Driver’s License: A clean, valid license is essential.
• Drive and Enthusiasm: A proactive attitude and the ambition to succeed in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
