MRI Tech – Part Time – Rancho Bernardo

New Hire Incentive available up to $2,000 for those who qualify.

This is a part-time position (40 hours per pay period) with varied 8-hour shifts. Candidates must have flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays. The role is based at Scripps Clinic in Rancho Bernardo.

• New Graduates (Must have at least 1 year of experience)

In order to remain eligible for your retention incentive the following criteria must be met:

• Must remain in original hired FTE Status and Shift (if specified in offer letter)
• Must remain in original department/specialty
• Must remain in original Job Title
• Transfers to other locations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may result in forfeiting remaining incentive bonus unless specifically noted in your offer letter.

Required Qualifications:

• ARRT(MR) or ARMRIT or CRT
• Venipuncture class completion. Certificate must be provided at Application; 10 sticks must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• BLS from the American Heart Association
• Completion of a formal training/educational program in an approved school of Radiology Technology or equivalent education and experience in radiologic imaging obtained through a hospital-based training program or other formalized on-the-job program, in combination with current licensure/certification

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2 years of experience in the acute care departments
• Cardiac experience
