Reporting to a Managed Service Delivery Portfolio Manager, the Project Manager will primarily be responsible for the management and operational performance of the Node4 Projects under their governance and orchestration. Ensuring that service levels and KPIs are achieved, and that the customer experience delivered is of an industry leading standard. The Project Manager is tasked with ensuring the successful planning, management and delivery of both customer-facing and internal Node4 projects that are delivered on time, to budget and completed to the high-quality standards associated with our organisation and in accordance with the ‘Exceptional Service as a Standard’ (ESaaS) ethos adopted.What will you bring?

• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to coach, mentor and support Node4 colleagues.
• A proactive personality, a very high degree of self-motivation and the ability to motivate and drive others.
• Proven experience working within industry recognised methodologies such as MSP, PMP, Prince2 and Agile, ideally with qualifications and certifications at Practitioner level.
• Proven experience in building and managing relationships and engagements with third parties, at all levels.
• Ability to maintain and develop effective relationships with key stakeholders and other senior managers.
• Demonstrate an approachable, friendly, personable manner.
• Self-starter, strong analytical and organising skills with excellent attention to both quality and detail.
• Proven experience of delivering multi-site, technology projects through management or co-ordination.
• Understand the importance of, and how to deliver, great customer service.
• Proficiency in analysing and solving problems related to programmes and projects.
• Excellent communication skills (face to face, verbal and written), with the ability to alter the message to different audiences.
• An appreciation of the technologies used in Node4 customer solutions.
• Competency in Microsoft applications including, PowerBi, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Experience in delivering:

• Digital transformation projects, including M36, Azure and Citrix or;
• Infrastructure projects, including Networking, Collaboration and Data Centre migrations.
