Through high quality, non-promotional, scientific exchange they will contribute as a therapy area expert to the Norgine business.If you want a multi-dimensional 3D career in a leading healthcare organisation, join us.This role hold a Southern based territory.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
- External Expert Engagement:
- Identify and engage with key Health Care Professionals (HCPs) for non-promotional scientific exchanges in relevant therapeutic areas.
- Manage territory-specific needs, providing scientific information and fostering collaboration opportunities.
- External Engagement:
- Act as a liaison between the company and the medical community to enhance therapeutic area knowledge, address unmet needs, and improve patient care.
- Provide accurate, non-promotional information on licensed and unlicensed products following unsolicited HCP requests.
- Insight to Action:
- Gather and relay strategic insights to inform internal decision-making, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Focus on collecting insights that address specific business needs.
- Scientific Knowledge and Expertise:
- Maintain and apply in-depth knowledge of therapeutic areas, including patient pathways, current research, and treatment options.
- Deliver scientific training to colleagues and stay updated on industry developments through continuous learning.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with medical and commercial teams to meet the needs of HCPs and optimize external engagement plans.
- Contribute to market access strategies and support product formulary applications with high-quality scientific input.
- Medical Affairs Clinical Research Support:
- Provide expertise to support late-stage and post-marketing clinical development.
- Collaborate with CROs and Medical Managers on clinical site support and research recommendations.
- Support investigator-sponsored trials aligned with strategic goals.
- Capability Building:
- Continuously develop skills and knowledge through training, coaching, and self-learning, staying informed on industry best practices and technologies.
Requirements:· Medic, pharmacist or PhD in biomedical sciences, or nurse with significant clinical experience and scientific acumen in Oncology or Rare Diseases· Several years pharmaceutical industry experience as an MSL· Strong ability to communicate and interpret complex data effectively· Experience building strong customer relationships and delivers customer-centric solutionsBenefits:Our benefits may vary per location.
