Job Title: Multi Site Manager

Job Summary:

Work across the Siemens Energy portfolio to support the project process by creating proposals, managing the CWA process, creating/completing project Work Orders, processing vendor invoices (projects) and ensuring clients are billed. Work across the portfolio to support, train and mentor associates in the field. Support the CMMS effort by helping to maintain accurate asset lists, PM calendars and help implement the new CMMS system. Identify and onboard new vendors needed to deliver results. Work with managers and technicians to foster an environment that is aligned with EMCOR values and meets client expectations. Develop strategies to improve overall reliability and safety of facilities. Plan and execute audits, routine maintenance and improvement projects for facility and equipment. Occasional Air Travel is required.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Support Siemens Energy PMO team to ensure projects are documented in the CMMS system and PMO Smartsheet Tracker. Create project proposals and submit CWAs and track through completion. Ensure schedules are maintained and projects are completed. Build and develop the EMCOR Culture.

Manage project financials: including, but not limited to, monthly billing statements, expense forms, purchase orders, capital forecasting and budget. Work with Procurement/Purchasing to identify and on-board new vendors.

Evaluate physical buildings, assets, equipment and processes for compliance with standards (both Company and Customer) as required.

Travel as needed to meet with Site Managers, Team Leads and Technicians to train, ensure work quality and drive efficiency in the Preventive Maintenance Program and projects. Work with clients to ensure teams are meeting/exceeding customer expectations. Submit timely and accurate expense reports in accordance with company guidelines.

Foster a positive work environment with associates and customers. Propose operational and process adjustments to drive productivity and continuous improvement.

Promote commitment to environmental health and safety by adhering to safety practices, investigating concerns and making recommendations.

Qualifications:

Education

Bachelors’ Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must be 21 years old or older

Business Experience

Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in facilities management.

Licenses/Certifications

OSHA 10 hour and/or 30 Hour card. BOMA, IFMA, LEED Certifications a plus.

Language Skills

Ability to read and comprehend instructions including, but not limited to, safety policies and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in individual and small group situations.

Technical Qualifications & Skills

Requires use of MS Project, Word and Excel. Experience with Enterprise Software and CMMS required.
