Reporting to and deputising for the Multiplatform Strategy Director of Women’s Health and Men’s Health, you will play a key role in driving the digital strategy across both brands’ platforms, including websites, video content, and apps.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Content Strategy & Management
- Assist the Multiplatform Strategy Director in managing the day-to-day digital output, guiding and supporting the teams to create best-in-class content across all digital platforms.
- Work closely with the wider Women’s Health and Men’s Health teams to realise brand strategy and vision, ensuring a clear and unified approach that is data-driven and audience-first.
- Help deliver an integrated approach to content creation and production, ensuring every opportunity is maximised and developed to its full potential across digital platforms.
- Oversee the quality control of digital copy, editing and creating content that is factually accurate, legally sound, and consistent in tone, while supporting KPIs.
- Ensure the delivery of key digital metrics (PVs, UUs, PVS p/UU, app usage) for both brands, regularly reviewing and acting on data insights.
Metrics, Data, & App Strategy
- Access and review key site and app metrics daily, acting on insights to ensure the digital strategy aligns with performance targets.
- Collaborate with the Membership Content Editor and the Multiplatform Strategy Director to enhance app content quality, using data to inform user retention and engagement strategies.
- Lead and motivate the team to achieve their digital KPIs, providing constructive and robust feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Be fully immersed in the world of Women’s Health and Men’s Health, ensuring the brands are always on top of the latest trends and leading the news agenda.
Cross-Platform Collaboration & Innovation
- Work with the central video and content teams to execute video strategies across both brands.
- Contribute to ongoing creativity, generating a continuous stream of cross-platform content ideas that resonate with the audience and align with brand goals.
- Build strong working relationships with counterparts at Women’s Health and Men’s Health US to explore opportunities for content-sharing and collaboration.
Stakeholder Management & Brand Promotion
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to grow revenue, enhance commercial propositions, and support the business’s wider objectives.
- Communicate the brand visions to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Promote the Women’s Health and Men’s Health brands through media and public appearances as needed, acting as a brand ambassador.
Operational & Administrative Support
- Process invoices and ensure adherence to digital platform budgets.
- Assist with administrative duties such as liaising with stakeholders, handling invoices, and contributing to team organisation.
ABOUT YOU
- A proven track record of managing content on a digital brands.
- Ability to keep a cool head under pressure, multi-task and remain professional in fast-paced situations with multiple stakeholders present.
- A solid knowledge of both SEO, building a strong search strategy that results in both traffic growth.
- An in-depth knowledge of analytics to drive digital content performance.
- Experience of working with video is desirable.
- Strong app product knowledge, and retention and engagement strategies is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to implement an efficient digital publishing process.
- Knowledge of budgeting and financial reporting is desirable.
- A thorough knowledge of and passion for the Women’s Health and Men’s Health brands is preferred.
- Extensive contacts in the wellness industry is preferred.
