This role will specialise in the repair and maintenance of high-tech tools within the deposition and diffusion equipment areas.What you will doAs a Multiskilled Equipment Engineering Technician, you will play a vital role in supporting the manufacturing operations team in routine maintenance activities, breakdowns, and root cause analysis of complex wafer fab equipment. You will perform root cause analysis to complete repairs efficiently whilst understanding how maintenance performed can affect product output and yield. You will be expected to optimize and improve the maintenance procedures using the key performance indicators available whilst maintaining housekeeping standards and effective maintenance spares stock control to 5s standards. As an Equipment Engineering Technician, you will also utilise the factory MES platform to execute preventative maintenance schedules and update equipment histories by observing health and safety directives.Please note that in this position you will be provided with comprehensive training in specialist semiconductor equipment.Key responsibilities will include:
