Santa Teresa Company Seeking a Multiwire Drawing Operator

Rotating Schedule/12hr Shifts $20.00/hr.

• Operate NIEHOFF MMH 121, MMH 101, MMH 50 machines.
• Make preparations for production due to production plan, customer specifications and production parameters (emulsion, mill, spindle supply, tempering controls etc.).
• Enter relevant settings to the machine and load machines.
• Maintain production records.
• Take the wire samples according to the related control plans and make the necessary adjustments depending on the results.
• Combine the input wire through welding.
• Report and inform his/her supervisor about the situation in case of any defective production and machine breakages.
• Observe the ongoing process to ensure that machine is operating properly; make adjustments or stop machine when problems occur.
• Do simple maintenance and cleaning of machinery.
• Control the emulsion system and make its cleaning and renewal.
• Clean work area.
• Work in accordance with the safety and environmental rules.
