Investing at Series A/B stage, they aim to become the leading Consumer Health Fund in Europe. What the job involvesWe are currently looking for a mid-level Investor at naturalX Health Ventures. The person joining will work with our small investment team to support or even drive the full deal process, in a collaborative team-based environment – from sourcing, screening, to analysing and (partially) executing opportunities for investment in early-stage health start-ups across Europe. Due to the size of the team, the person joining will wear different hats and we are pragmatic about this. Your key duties will include:

• Source and drive exceptional investments in Consumer Health in Europe (and parts in the US) as part of a small deal team
• Build your own investment theses within our general search fields and performing deep dives into areas of interest
• Drive the investment processes (at parts or fully) end-to-end including due diligence, negotiation and portfolio management
• Attend relevant industry conferences, represent naturalX and help build the brand in the relevant ecosystem
• Assist with reporting needs for the investor behind naturalX

Who we are looking for

• Self-motivated with a hands-on mentality
• Have an influential role in driving a high-performance culture
• Well-rounded with a strong analytical mind and superb communication skills (both verbal and written)
• At least 4 – 6 years of work experience in VC or equivalent (fast pace and analytical environments such as consulting; a minimum of 2 years VC is required)
• A background or strong interest in the field of health is a plus, preferably with relevant academic background. Likewise, a passion and understanding of “consumer” is relevant
• Friendly networker
• Fluent in English & preferably also in German
