Supreme Rice is looking for a junior/mid-level .NET Developer to join our IT department on a contract basis for a period of 6 mos or more. THIS IS NOT A REMOTE JOB.
Job Functions:

• Understand complex database design and support database migration.
• Knowledge and experience with SQL Server database, Microsoft .NET Framework, ;atest ,NET Core
• Ability to diagnose problems and resolve issues across various tiers (Application, data-base, server).
• Build new desktop and web-based applications that are used internally
• Maintain existing applications
• Participate in full life cycle development, including business analysis, systems documentation, coding, unit testing and quality control, deployment and support
• Assist with the design, documentation and implementation of .NET enhancements in line with a continual improvement model
• Facilitate and support the rollout of new applications and enhancements in .NET
• Ensure development documentation is maintained and accurate and best practices are followed during systems design, build and implementation

Minimum Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related degree preferred.

Development Languages:

• C#.NET, SQL
• UI Development: Windows Forms (WinForms), Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF), ASP.NET
• Database Systems: Microsoft SQL Server
• ORM Tools: Entity Framework Core, Dapper
• Service Frameworks: Windows Communication Foundation (WCF), ASP.NET Web API, REST service
• Source Code Management: Azure DevOps, GitLab
• Unit Testing: Microsoft Testing framework
