HX5 is currently seeking a Network/Computer Systems Developer Manager, Senior to join our team at Eglin AFB, Florida.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide support and assistance in the development and management of acquisition program related network systems
• Adhere to all applicable documentation requirements to perform certification of unclassified, classified and/or SAP network systems as applicable
• Provide continuous client support and integration of the IM support staff throughout customer organizations
• Assist with development, coordination, and implementation of short and long-term strategies, which plan for the reliable and secure operation, evolution, and growth of the automation hardware and software infrastructure as well as the life-cycle management of all system resources
• Meet and work with other Government, military, and civilian agencies (including other Government Contractors) for project planning and facilitation of IM requirements. The Contractor shall not represent the Government at such meetings
• Provide data management services to include optical scanning, file indexing and archiving, backup and document destruction
• Perform scanning tasks for all program documents, to include the routine day-to-day operation of NT-based scanning and retrieval systems
• Perform associated scanning tasks: preparing all documents for input (e.g., removal of document bindings, staples, etc.); scanning documents; bar-coding or manual data entry for indexing documents; performing quality control; reassembling the documents, returning them to either the original owner or to a storage site as determined by COR; and shredding close-out documents when necessary
• Ensure periodic preventive maintenance is performed on the scanning system
• Assist with the maintenance of functional and reliable telecommunication services for customer programs. Telecommunications support shall encompass phone (including classified Secure Telephone Unit/Secure Telephone Equipment/Voice over IP (STU III/STE/vIPer/SVOIP) phones), fax, voicemail, viewmail/viewfax, VTC and desktop VTC, and overhead projection services
• Assist by researching, testing, evaluating, and implementing, as required, new technology to fulfill the current and future needs and expectations of the programs supported

education and experience:

All experience and education combinations must have a DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification(ex. Sec+, CySA+, CCNA-Security) in order to be considered.

• BS degree, and fifteen (15) years of professional experience; OR
• BS degree, thirteen (13) years of professional experience, and IAT Level III certification (ex. CASP+, CISSP); OR
• MS degree, thirteen (13) years of professional experience; OR
• MS degree, eleven (11) years of professional experience, and IAT Level III certification (ex. CASP+, CISSP)

position Type/Expected Hours of Work:

• This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours per week and offers a flexible work schedule Monday through Friday during core business hours.

Other Position Requirements:

• Proof of U.S. Citizenship or US Permanent Residency is a requirement for this position.
• Must be able to complete a U.S. government background investigation.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret clearance by date of hire.
