Position description

The UCLA Department of Art empowers students to reshape their worlds through critical inquiry and transformative creativity. We are creating a pool of candidates to teach courses in the New Genres Area of the department for the 2025-26 academic year. Members of the pool would be called upon to teach lower division, upper division or graduate students as needed and dependent upon funding. New Genres applicants must be able to teach across artistic mediums including moving image, sound, performance, installation, hybrid, and emerging art forms.

Salary: Rank and salary commensurate with qualifications and experience.
