BournemouthI’m looking to speak with candidates interested in joining a well-established Bournemouth based firm, looking to take on a new Legal Secretary in their Residential Property team. This role has come about due to a long-serving colleague relocating. The firm are now looking for someone who’s just as committed and eager to be part of their friendly team.You will play a key part in the conveyancing team, handling post-exchange and post-completion matters autonomously. You won’t need to open or close files (as that’s taken care of by another team member). Instead, you’ll take over from the Fee Earner once a case is completed and see it through to the finish line. If you’ve got prior experience in conveyancing and love the idea of working in a supportive, down-to-earth environment, this could be for you!You’ll be joining a supportive team made up of two Fee Earners, four Secretaries, and one Paralegal, led by a highly experienced Director. The firm pride themselves on being welcoming and supportive, with an open-door policy and a real family feel. They look after their people (reflected by the long-standing tenures of current team members), and in return, they’re looking for someone who wants to stay and grow with them.
