NorBella Prior Lake, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is looking for a Culinary Assistant/Server to join our team.

NorBella Prior Lake is located in Prior Lake, MN, resting between agricultural fields and residential neighborhoods northwest of Lower Prior Lake. This quaint setting provides a peaceful lifestyle while remaining convenient for visiting family and friends. We help seniors Age Magnificently in our 40-unit apartment-style community providing Assisted Living and Memory Care services. Shifts Available: Full-Time AMs (7:30am-1:30pm)
Wage: $15.50-$20.50 per hour

• Set up room trays and tables in dining room, serve and bus trays, pour and cover beverages, and assist in preparing and covering food.
• Transport carts to appropriate areas and deliver trays, when applicable.
• Deliver nourishments and snacks appropriately.
• Maintain a steady work pace to produce an adequate supply of clean kitchen utensils and dishes.
• Soak, scrub, scrape and wash soiled dishes.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• 16 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• experience in a senior living setting is preferred.
• Must be able to relate professionally, positively, and cooperatively with residents, resident’s families, and employees.
• Must possess strong computer skills.
