Job Reference: 40673Nursing Home Unit Manager (NMC pin required)(Please note – you must be eligable to work in the UK)Location: Watton, NorfolkPay Rates: Up to £50,000 per yearShift Patterns: Day ShiftsAs the Unit Manager, you will support the management of home operations to achieve or surpass objectives while ensuring high-quality care is provided. You will work very closely with the nursing and care team.Responsibilities:

• Act as a role model, demonstrating good clinical practice and providing leadership.
• Collaborate with the Home Manager to implement clinical governance policies and ensure compliance.
• Monitor and improve clinical standards across the care home.
• Provide training and support to nurses and carers on clinical practices.
• Maintain accurate care records, ensuring they meet regulatory standards.
• Foster a positive work environment that promotes staff engagement and development.

Qualification/experience:

• Have a current and valid UK NMC pin.
• Strong experience as a Nurse Manager within a Nursing Home.
• Have excellent clinical skills.
• Be able to work effectively within a team.
• Solid understanding of CQC standards.
• Proven ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with external care professionals, families, visitors, and staff.
