Our secondary nurture school in Chesham offers a unique opportunity for a Nurture Teacher to support children with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. Set in 10 acres of stunning Buckinghamshire woodland, our school provides an ideal environment to create meaningful, positive changes in students’ lives.About the Role:

• Full-time Nurture Teacher position, starting in January for a two-term contract in Chalfont St Giles
• Open to both primary and secondary-trained teachers with a strong interest in SEMH support
• Work closely with a dedicated team in a nature-based setting designed for holistic learning

Ideal Candidate:

• Qualified Nurture Teacher with a passion for SEMH education, ideally able to adapt teaching to individual student needs
• A resilient and creative approach, with strong behaviour management skills
• Reliable transportation is essential due to the remote location
