At Leprino Foods, starting compensation for this role is $27.78 per hour. The hours for this role are 6:00pm-6:30am.

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Be able to work weekends, holidays, and off-shifts
- Ability to perform essential functions of the position
- Must maintain clean work area according to GMP’s.
- Must perform all work in a safe manner.
- Must be capable of ascending and descending several flights of stairs.
- Must be able to work in hot/humid environment and lift 50 lbs. bags.
Responsibilities:
- This position requires responsibility for the safe operation of the Whey Evaporator
- The rare earth filter and their associated equipment in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s)
- Monitoring the quality of the incoming raw material and outgoing product. This includes the operation of the evaporator, rare earth filter, pumps, valves, lab equipment, various control instruments, and the CIP system.
- Make the necessary adjustments to maximize operations
- Monitor sanitation of equipment and good housekeeping practices continually
- Communicate effectively with co-workers, forepersons, and supervisors
- Complete paperwork accurately
- All other duties as assigned.
Preferred Qualities:
- Previous manufacturing experience
- Experience in food or dairy industries
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team
- Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment
