**O365 Test Programme Manager (Banking experience required) – 12 month initial contract – £615 per day pay (INSIDE IR35) – London (hybrid)**Are you an experienced Test Programme Manager with a strong background in Microsoft Office 365 implementations and the banking sector? We have an exciting opportunity for a Contract O365 Test Programme Manager to join one of our clients and lead the testing phase of a large-scale O365 migration programme within a major financial institution.Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the end-to-end testing strategy for a complex Office 365 migration programme.
  • Develop detailed test plans, scripts, and procedures to ensure seamless execution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, compliance, and operations to ensure alignment with banking regulations and industry standards.
  • Oversee the performance of all testing activities (system integration, user acceptance, performance, and security testing).
  • Manage risk and issues, providing timely resolutions to keep the project on track.
  • Report directly to senior stakeholders, providing updates on testing progress, timelines, and any potential roadblocks.
  • Ensure strict adherence to governance and compliance frameworks, particularly those relevant to the banking industry.

Required Experience & Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Programme and Test Manager in Office 365 implementations.
  • Banking or financial services experience is essential, with a deep understanding of regulatory requirements in the sector.
  • Strong understanding of Office 365 ecosystems (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, etc.).
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to influence and drive performance.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Solid experience in managing third-party vendors and ensuring quality delivery.
  • Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
