Reporting directly to the Head of Product and Design for Dow Jones, the Technology Executive Coordinator will undertake a range of activities in support of strategic planning and initiatives across the organization. Your job duties include coordinating key events for Product and Design executives, including calendar management, travel and expense management, overseeing the daily activities of the executive office area, event coordination, and developing agendas in support of executive briefings. This role will be integral in driving change across a variety of business units, adapting to new processes and growing the culture within the organization. Candidates need to have strong operational, organizational, and communication skills to excel in this role. This role is a hybrid role based in our New York City office

Pay Range: $65,000 – $85,000
